Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Orange packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous markings.
Verification and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
